All full blooded yorkies may come with (optional-pricing) registration form, have tails docked and dew claws removed, have first set of shots between 6-8 weeks of age and any other updated vaccinations they may need until they are sold.

Prices vary based on gender, estimated size and color of puppies.

Puppies can be held with a deposit of 1/4 of total price and is non-refundable UNLESS a health issues arises with your puppy while still in my care.

Puppies come with a two (2) day health guarantee against fatal viruses and must be seen by a vet during this time with proper documentation and return of puppy before any refunds can be given. Puppies also come with a one (1) year health guarantee against life threatening genetic/heriditary conditions. Terms are listed in contract.

As for Yorkie Poos, I am unsure if or when I will have more Yorkie Poos at this time.

We have yet to breed our first litter of doodles but it is planned for the future.

Yorkie prices depend on gender, color, and registration. Registration will either be CKC, APRI, and sometimes both.

Traditional yorkies:

Males -  Prices start at $1000

Females - Prices start at $1500

Chocolate and Parti yorkies:

Males - Prices start at $1200

Females - Prices start at $2000

Merles of any color- Prices start at $1500 for pet only

There is a $500 price difference in the exotics or akc lines with registration/breeding rights and also an extra $500 for those with blue eyes.

Other colors will be available in the future and price will be determined on a pup by pup basis. 

Planned future colors available will include KB, brindle, and blonde.
